Dr. DiPersio and Dr. Klix both thought it wise to bump my cyclosporine up even more, so now I'm back to 300mg/day (200mg in morning and 100mg at night). I've also switched to 100mg softgels, also known as "horse pill" size. I'm so used to swallowing pills by now that the size doesn't bother me, and it is nice to have to take fewer pills.

My reds are down just slightly, but the real news is that my platelets are back up to the high 60s, much closer to that 70-90 range I was in for so long. Seems like the increase in CyA dosage is working.
